Easter Brunch is at my sister in law’s. I have cooked up the 9 or 10 punds of fresh polish sausage (I’m the only Pole in the group, the rest are Puerto Rican/Irish) and I have the Rye bread. Even though the kids have moved out, my wife and I still color eggs. I start off by dropping one in the green and I should have been closer to the cup before I let go. Now all the eggs have little green dots. I also learned that no matter what you learned in Art class, it’s tough to get fancy on an egg using a white crayon. No Klee or Pollock am I.
