I finally found this movie on DVD. I am a fan of Kevin Costner and this is one of the best romantic dramas ever made. The best part of the movie is at the end when Jane reaches for Billy’s hand as he’s walking away.

I read the book about 10 or so years ago and then saw the movie a few years back…both are great…
The book is a must read for baseball fans…
I loved the movie. I loved how Kevin and Kelly worked together.
I wish they could do another movie together. I was standing right next to him in May when he had just putted his ball into the hole

Next to For Love of the Game, I also bought Message in a Bottle on DVD, as well as Dances with Wolves & Field of Dreams. I don’t think Kevin Costner could make a bad movie even if he tried. I am having a hard time finding The Postman on dvd though. I love his voice & his smile even more.

Dragonfly did it for me, but For Love of The Game is without a doubt one of my all time Kevin Costner favourites. I love everything he does, but there are always the ones you can watch over and over and this is certainly one of them.

To fedup in wny……Last time I looked Amazon had The Postman. I buy Kevin Costner movies in duplicate. One copy is never touched by human hands and the duplicates I watch.
By the way, if no one saw Revenge, find it, it’s a keeper.
