At just after 1:30 this afternoon, South Buffalo residents got a glimps of someone taking the naked city to extremes. A middle aged white male with barefeet held a steady pace despite shocked on-lookers. Sorry, I have no images but there were more than a hundred witnesses. Seneca st. is very busy this time of the day and not a single police car was in sight even though numberous people reported to 9-1-1 on cell phones. Who knows how long he walked, or why he chose the buff look today. This story created a new catagory… weird & unusual.
